Chose Option 1 – to arrange an initial free 15 minute consultation. Our WeMa Care Experts will listen to your needs and advise you of the next best option you should follow to organise your or your loved one’s care.
Option 2 – for a more detailed consultation about your care needs. Our WeMa Care Experts will carry out a 45 minute care needs assessment detailing care service options and next steps to sourcing your care
Option 3 – receive a trusted, regulated and detailed care plan covering all aspects of your care, health and wellbeing needs. Sit back and relax as WeMa will connect you to trusted services providers, appropriate for all your needs no matter your funding options
